∎ Star Porcelain Limited is one of the largest tableware ceramics industries in Bangladesh. It is an export-oriented organization. Joint venture with Lebanon, Luxembourg, and France. Most of the products have been exported to America, Europe, and other countries in the world.
∎ We are seeking an innovative manager marketing to promote our company`s brand and services internationally. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department`s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.
∎ To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new international business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
∎ We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research & analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape in International and Local Markets.
∎ Develop and maintain brand positioning & messaging for International markets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
∎ Create compelling and localized marketing content, including advertisements, social media campaigns & website contents.
∎ Plan & coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
∎ Develop and manage marketing budgets for international and local markets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales & product management; to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Leading product development, strategy and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.
∎ To oversee the Production of promotional materials and prepare all kind of writings for printed promotional materials (Catalogs, brochures, flyers, programs and media guides, design layouts etc.) within timeline.
