• Diploma in Engineering in Glass & Ceramic Technology

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

• Sound knowledge of body/glaze chemistry, lab testing methods, and process control.

• Experience in production support, defect troubleshooting, and material optimization.

• Good communication skills in English.

Star Porcelain Limited is one of the largest export-based tableware ceramics industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Manager – R & D (Body, Glaze & Lab) at our Factory Office.

The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the R&D activities for Body, Glaze and Lab sections of the factory.

Major Jobs of the position are as follows:

• Lead the R & D Team of the factory

• Develop and improve body and glaze formulations.

• Ensure smooth operation of the body preparation, glaze preparation, and lab testing processes.

• Conduct defect analysis, root-cause studies, and implement corrective actions.

• Support production teams with technical guidance and process improvement.

• Maintain quality standards through continuous development and innovation.
