Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage the three key components of manpower, machinery, and materials (referred to as 3M) during the shift to ensure smooth operations and achieve production objectives.
∎ Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and actively contribute to cost-saving practices by identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
∎ Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of subordinates and take appropriate actions to enhance performance and productivity.
∎ Develop and conduct training sessions to optimize production output by minimizing effort and maximizing efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
