Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet Process Technology) will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric quality inspection, Knit composite factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fabric inspection as per the work order
∎ Follow up fabrics as per priority basis regarding shipment and processing program.
∎ She/he leads to check products/materials (finish fabric), find out defects, point out them and takes decision (pass or fail)
∎ • Take immediate corrective actions and solve fabric-related issue
∎ • Conduct inspection and take accountability for any complaint/claim that may arise from the relevant inspection
∎ Input all data on ERP software with maximum accuracy
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Store, production team and other related departments.
∎ Accountable for preservation of all quality records and for all quality related problems.
∎ To ensure proper inspection of finished fabrics as per four point system.
∎ To ensure proper reporting and maintaining records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years work experience in a relevant field
∎ Good knowledge of lab test process & sample approval process
∎ Understanding of quality assurance (process and finished quality)
∎ Familiarity with finished fabric process, defects & problem-solving skills
