Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Deputy Managing Director
∎ Nature: Full Time Permanent
∎ Position Summary: The position is responsible for the overall management of the project team in relation to the establishment of Digital Services platform (Card, eWallet, Digital channel) of a Financial institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the broad spectrum of project related activities of Alternative Delivery Channel like Cards, eWallet and other digital platforms.
∎ Assist in drafting policies, procedures in relation to the operations of Digital Financial Services.
∎ Manage agency relationships to establish the operation of ADC.
∎ Manage the overall administrative and logistics support required to accomplish the projects under the guidance of Project lead.
∎ Collaborate with operations department to manage operations project planning and implementation.
∎ Collaborate with communication wing to develop and execute communication plans in relevant projects.
∎ Note that this position's responsibilities will not be restricted to the aforementioned but will cover broader range of duties regarding digitalization projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience in Project Management/ relevant areas would be an added advantage
∎ Job Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
∎ Technology Driven
∎ Excellent writing skills.
∎ Adaptable and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Keen interest on IT and digital services related projects.
∎ Soft Skill:
∎ Passionate about finance/banking industry
∎ Biased to technology driven process
∎ Passionate about innovation (product, process & technology) and process efficiency.
∎ Professional & deadline based
