∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to collect the documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Responsible to submit the shipping documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
∎ Corresponding with C&F for shipping.
∎ Arranging BEPZA & custom clearance/permission for shipping the goods.
∎ Responsible to arrange the vehicle for ex-factory of finished goods.
∎ Preparing bank /buyer/supplier document for shipping.
∎ Submitting b/l, preparing ,checking, sending & updating SAL status
∎ Maintaining export details chart.
∎ Preparation of export entry , passes, invoices
∎ Verification of BOI
∎ Preparation of SAL (Shipping Authorization letters)
∎ Coordinate with regular buyer’s commercial divisions.
∎ Arranging purchasing P/Os
∎ Maintaining import shipment records.
∎ Corresponding with local forwarding agent for clearance.
∎ Responsible to achieve the shipment & goods in-housed target.
∎ Maintain the quality policy & objective .
∎ Full fill the requirements of ISO, 5S & buyer.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
∎ Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
∎ Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates with work experience at EPZ Factories will be preferable
Salary: Negotiable
