∎ Must have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to connect with individuals of various mindsets, explaining the importance of achieving sales targets.
∎ Must have a passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the seller journey.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets is required.
∎ Key competencies include decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and initiative.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Train and incubate new sellers verified with an aging target and ensure business activation on the platform within 10 days of onboarding
∎ Incubate and control seller operational KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
∎ Ensure onboarded sellers have complete guidance on operating, selling, compliance, and finance
∎ Ensure participation by sellers in campaigns, mega campaigns, seller promotional tools adaptations, store optimization, etc.
∎ Grow sellers' business month on month with team-specified targets and ensure sellers do not churn out after a certain aging
