Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify accumulated sellers who are yet to be onboarded on the platform
∎ Provide a solution to maximize performance through relevant content and format for all freshly acquired sellers via training module, as well as assure strict compliance
∎ Conduct initial training over the phone by sharing all relevant content to ensure successful onboarding
∎ Ensure focus from the seller on all relevant dimensions from a quantitative aspect such as sales, stream qualitative aspects on how to access the data, and an illustration of performance
∎ Provide guidelines on how to do the business and share other relevant information to start the business
∎ Offer continuous solutions to rejected sellers, such as merchant accounts and partner banks
