At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.

Applicants must have experience in freight forwarding operationsand Documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Sea export operations & Documentation.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel is mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Cargoaim Software will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills (both email and phone).

  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify accuracy of export documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices and packing lists.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, NVOCC, shipping lines and customs brokers to facilitate smooth shipments.

  • Maintain records of all shipment documentation and track shipment status.

  • Stay updated with changes in export regulations and ensure company practices adhere to current standards.

  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to gather necessary shipment information.

  • Work effectively under pressure and handle operational challenges.
