Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing supply chine Management’s strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Manage the full procurement & SCM lifecycle for goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
∎ Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, service, and reliability.
∎ Negotiate contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement requirements.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to assess and fulfill SCM needs.
∎ Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance reviews.
∎ Support audits and risk assessments related to procurement operations.
∎ Monitoring Cost Control & Budgeting System.
∎ Logistics & Distribution System.
