Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives in the textile division.
∎ - Identify and target potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand our market presence.
∎ - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ - Promote and sell Emeer Textile Auxiliary's range of textile chemicals and solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
∎ - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
∎ - Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and support product improvements.
∎ - Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
∎ - Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
∎ - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand business opportunities.

∎ Requirement:
∎ - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
∎ - Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
∎ - Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ - Experience in textile chemical sales or textile marketing is a plus.
∎ - Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
∎ - Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
∎ - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ - Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.
