  • Age At least 26 years
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in textile chemical sales or textile marketing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives in the textile chemical division.

  • Identify and target potential customers (Dyeing & Garment washing factories), build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand our market presence.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Promote and sell Emeer Textile Auxiliary`s range of textile chemicals and solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and support product improvements.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
