∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile or chemical industry.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in textile chemical sales or textile marketing is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
∎ Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives in the textile chemical division.
∎ Identify and target potential customers (Dyeing & Garment washing factories), build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand our market presence.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Promote and sell Emeer Textile Auxiliary's range of textile chemicals and solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and support product improvements.
∎ Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
∎ Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
∎ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
