EXECUTIVE, SALES MANAGEMENT - GOVERNMENT & INSTITUTIONAL SECTOR
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion within the government and public sector. In this role, you will be the face of AKSID PureChem, responsible for building lasting partnerships with government entities, navigating complex procurement processes, and driving significant revenue growth. This is a high-impact position for a results-driven professional who thrives on challenge and opportunity.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within government departments, agencies, and public institutions.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key government officials, decision-makers, and procurement teams
Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Understand client-specific challenges and propose tailored, compliant solutions that deliver dear value.
Expertly manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up, ensuring 100% compliance with all requirements.
Continuously monitor and analyze changes in government regulations, procurement policies, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, opportunities, and contracts in the sales pipeline, providing regular, detailed reports to management.
