The Role: Drive Growth & Forge Partnerships We are seeking a motivated and strategic Executive, Corporate Sales to maintain our strong client relationships and aggressively expand our market share within the corporate sector. This role is pivotal in executing sales strategies, leading field teams, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients to expand market reach.
Develop and implement effective sales plans for assigned territories.
Conduct persuasive client meetings and presentations to showcase product benefits and value.
Work diligently to achieve and exceed monthly and quartly sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate clients through regular communication and exceptional service
Guide, support, and mentor Sales officers/T50s in their daily activities to ensure team success
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, share insights, and refine strategies
Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, and budget projections for management.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and capitalize on market opportunities.
