Responsibilities & Context:
- Adhere to all rules and regulations of Flagship Outlets.
- Ensure the showroom is consistently clean and orderly.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and coworkers.
- Maintain courteous behavior with customers at all times, aiming to cultivate sales through friendly interactions.
- Focus on promoting engagement for slower-moving products.
- Provide daily updates and customer feedback to Sales management.
- Keep the showroom well-stocked with new and slower-moving items each month.
- Meet monthly sales targets, attract potential customers, and secure sales for the company.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues, as well as other departments like marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Regularly update senior management and authorized personnel on sales progress, strategies, and results, contributing to company-wide sales strategy discussions.
