Responsibilities & Context:
Participating in client meetings, conceptualizing projects, and comprehending project needs.
• Designing interior layouts and directing visualizers in model creation.
• Formulating a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the approved design.
• Creating working layouts and drawings for the Business Development team.
• Monitoring projects, compiling material lists, and overseeing the design team to ensure deadlines, design specifications, and client demands are met, leading to project approval and finalization.
