Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target within specified market.
∎ Collecting sales orders, co-ordinate & follow up delivery, collecting cheque, and co-ordinate cash collection and arranging information about payment realization. (e.g.: Cheque dishonors).
∎ Promoting the products, Demand generation activities like house visit, project visit, and corporate house visit.
∎ Maintaining good relationships with all stake holders- like dealers, painters, contractors, govt. organizations.
∎ Conducting Painters workshop, weekly painters meet as per company policy.
∎ Opening new dealers, expanding distribution reach and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders even who is not our current customers.
∎ Continuously checking and ensuring product availability in all dealers/ distributors.
∎ Maintaining customer database and prepare activity reports on regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Willing to take a leading role in bringing operational excellence into the company, installing just the right amount of process, reporting and structure ensuring smooth operations of the company.
∎ Advance computer knowledge in MS Office application.
∎ Good negotiations and selling skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Experiences in wood paint industry will get preferences.
