Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing from any recognized university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Marketing Executive shall be the responsible for assisting Sales Team in all
∎ aspects of Sales activities, maximize business opportunities as well as promote the Hotel's
∎ image through positive publicity, constructive public relations and appropriate awareness
∎ campaigns. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
∎ Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of
∎ accounts' managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing,
∎ achieving targets and maximum productivity.
∎ Achieve monthly Sales Targets and develop good relations with corporate guests.
∎ Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling
∎ opportunities whenever possible.
∎ Undertake direct sales solicitation on behalf of the hotel and calls on potential new accounts.
∎ Helps to prepare for annual budget, marketing/sales action plans as may be required by the
∎ Head of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Continuously update new business database and focus on key market segment, to promote
∎ hotel Rooms as well as Catering & Marketing activities.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management as and when
∎ requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge about Market trend, potential customers, target point of sales & innovative
∎ Marketing tools.
∎ Age and Experience limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates as per the discretion of
∎ the Management.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship
∎ skills.
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English and Bangla as well as very good in listening.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the Reservation
∎ Team smoothly.
∎ Should have a "Can Do Attitude".
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
