Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor production processes to ensure that factory machinery and people produce garments in accordance with buyer and company and requirements.
∎ To oversee production and quality team, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly.
∎ To review the work of subordinates who inspect products for functionality and conformance to specifications.
∎ To serve as a liaison to production staff, explaining the results of quality control procedures.
∎ To develop, implement and maintain quality management systems.
∎ To create standard operating procedures for the specific plant in which they work.
∎ Must be able to make weekly presentation to management on Production Unit performance.
∎ Effective CAP to take and to implement for top 5 defects determined by daily/weekly defect analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
