Responsibilities & Context:
We are a leading organization in the garment/manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining international compliance standards. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Quality team.
Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and company standards.
Implement and maintain GPQ (Garments Product Quality) and GAP compliance.
Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections.
Monitor sewing and finishing quality.
Identify defects and take corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality reports and documentation.
Coordinate with production, IE, and merchandising teams.
Prepare for buyer audits and ensure compliance readiness.
