Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Engineering/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure product quality and process parameter as per specification during starting and product run time.
∎ To reduce the manufacturing fault by maintaining proper quality product.
∎ To support validation activities in spice process line as per schedule.
∎ Look after HACCP, GMP, FSSC, QMS etc. related activities.
∎ Developing, Implementation, Monitoring and controlling all documentation system as per GMP requirements of spices plant.
∎ Preparation of manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, finished products for production and test methods for quality control.
∎ Regular inspection of plant, to ensure that good housekeeping and approved procedures of cleaning are being practiced to ensure that at all times it meet the standards of GMP.
∎ Control and ensure on-line quality parameters during production.
∎ Preparation and Checking of test procedure, specification and stability testing procedure.
∎ Identify the root cause of product damage and quality fault.
∎ Establish quality requirements for external suppliers of raw and packaging materials.
∎ Set standard for quality as well as health, safety and BSTI requirement.
∎ Carry out any assignment given by higher management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 years experience with Spices, Aromatic Rice, Sooji, Lentil, Beson packing.
