∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ It may be relaxed in case of candidate with high level experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have good knowledge about Quality Controlling process from Development stage to Shipment.
∎ He will be fully responsible to ensure quality zero defects as per buyer's direction.
∎ Have the technical & Critical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline and final Inspection, day-to-day production follow up.
∎ Have to take the responsibility of fabric checking, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed garments,
∎ Have to accountable and maintain productivity at optimum level at all time by close communication.
∎ Improve and invent QA procedure, recommend corrective procedures.
∎ Have good relations with the factories.
∎ To be capable maintain the CP date for submitting samples from supplier.
∎ To ensure all technical points are maintained in the products as per tech pack / buyer approval.
∎ Review suppliers' production plan and resource allocation plan and make necessary recommendations to ensure On Time Shipment.
∎ Work and take initiative in developing and ensuring quality of the product.
∎ Additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) as proven experience.
∎ US & Canada based buying house QA will get maximum preference.
∎ At least three years in garments buying house.
∎ Experience to dealing with Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance .
∎ capable to work independently
