The major responsibility of Executive (Sack QC) is to perform precise analysis of HDPE bags before and after loading the finished product of the plant to maintain optimum quality of cement. He also assists in packing department to develop standard operating procedures for reduce bag busting, cement leaking. Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving on quality issues:
COMMON-OPERATIONS:
Ensuring quality of all types of PP bags as per set standard of ACL requirements.
Maintaining regular contact with PP bag user dept. for getting specified quality of PP bags.
Conduct weekly coordination meeting with lab employees for quality related problem and other issues.
Ensuring testing of all bags after arrival at ACL factory and before using at packing plant.
Responsible for handling customer complains at any other corner in the country.
Ensuring Sewing section (Bag length sewing to sewing, Valve length, Width, Sewing drop & stitching drop).
Conduct busting test of empty cement bags.
Ensure accurate weight of cement bags.
Collaborate with Packing, delivery and relevant department to ensure bags quality.
Find root cause to prevent quality issues.
Prepare monthly bag busting & average report.Perform duties in a safety consciences manner in the workplace and promote safety with coworker.
