Educational Requirements:
∎ Education qualification should be Master/Graduate from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Ensure quality of products manufactured from fit & PP sample stage to final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Co-ordinate with QAM and QA regarding quality, fit and measurements and ensure smooth flow of production.
∎ Check and reconfirm accuracy of samples prior to dispatch to office / customer tech to ensure first time approval
∎ Shrinkage / Pattern Grouping, adjustments and decision to the Productions.
∎ Knowledge about basic fabric inspection by the customer.
∎ Obtain approval for cost effective and feasible methods and options.
∎ Deal with IQA/ Quality auditors and technicians for necessary for quality, measurement and technical related issues and ensure to delivery customer required levels.
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
∎ Candidate is capable to handle technical audit and ensure audit requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2/3 year(s) job experience on same field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ 1. Quality Control/Audit
∎ 2. Product safety and process controls.
∎ 3. Should have good working experience with composite units.
∎ 4. Preferably working experience as GPQ or certified QA from a reputed Brand.
∎ 5. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality operations and procedures.
∎ 6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ 7. Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ 8. Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ 9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ 10. Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
