Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supplier (local and foreign) sourcing, development and evaluation work.
∎ Request for quotation, supplier negotiation and ensure fair and open trade based on QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery).
∎ Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
∎ Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
∎ Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
∎ Purchase order processing and agreement frameworks.
∎ Ensure goods receive or job completion and post delivery work for product warranty/defect claims.
∎ Conduct purchasing process through SAP (System Application and Products) software.
∎ Ensure compliance for purchasing process.
∎ Other purchase activity assigned by company time to time.
