Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving of Production Orders / Sample Request in co-ordination with the Marketing Team.
∎ Generating Yarn requirements & also to co-ordinate the Yarn planning to Spinners as well as Supply Chain Department as per the Production Orders Requirements
∎ Making & Implementation of the Production Plan /Sample Plan till the Fabric/Sample delivery date according to marketing requirements.
∎ Production Planning determines sequence of operation and the nature of operation to be performed along with the time requirement.
∎ Follow up Daily/Quarterly/Weekly-Internal Production as per planning
∎ Monitoring on time delivery
∎ To Ensure the objectives set by Departmental head & Divisional Chief.
∎ New Yarn Developments for Sample Product Development
∎ To verify the Comparative Production Wastage Report to reduce cost
∎ To follow-up the Buyer compliance related activities.
∎ Preparing Overall-Month-Wise Yarn Requirement Summary/Weekly Yarn Requirement sheet
∎ Yarn-Planning/ Follow-ups with Supply Chain and suppliers
∎ To allocate the Production space for Marketing Order Booking .
∎ To Prepare Daily Updated Order Status & get verified by Departmental Head.
