Job Context

• The job location will be in Chittagong near Baized Bostomi.

• A long-term commitment of at least three years with the company is essential for this role.

Job Description

• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Analyze production performance and implement measures to enhance output.

• Compare production outcomes against planning, identifying deviations and developing corrective actions.

• Oversee process control and provide active floor supervision.

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of both the workforce and machinery.

• Foster effective collaboration within the organizational hierarchy, including co-workers and subordinates.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.

• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
