Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Owning and riding a motorcycle will be considered an additional qualification.

  • Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee daily production operations for frozen and processed food lines.

  • Identify bottlenecks; implement continuous improvement.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.

  • Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvements.

  • Ensure Quality & Compliance.

  • Institutionalize HACCP, Halal, and food safety protocols.

  • Maintain accurate production records and traceability documentation.

  • Champion factory safety, enforces PPE usage, hazard controls, and SOP adherence.

  • Hiring People & developing them.

  • Conduct performance reviews, skills gap analyses, and targeted training.

  • Manage inventory control for raw materials and finished goods in partnership with the supply chain.

  • Drive cost-effective operations without compromising food safety or quality.

  • Report variances and implement corrective strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Work Collaboration.

  • Work with R&D for product transitions and new product scale-ups.
