Strong communication skills in both verbal and written. At least 8 years of experience in Frozen/Processed food.
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
National Sales:
Develop and execute national sales strategy for frozen and processed food products.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build pricing, margin, and discount frameworks that protect profitability.
Modern Trade:
Negotiate with chains.
Secure shelf space, freezer placement, promotions, and visibility.
Control trade marketing ROI.
Corporate & Institutional Sales:
Win contracts with Horeca, Catering companies, Hospitals, and Airlines, etc.
Factories & corporate canteens.
Drive long-term volume contracts.
Leadership, Forecast, and Planning:
Recruit, train, and lead the team.
Sales forecasting.
Demand planning with production.
Monitor competitors.
