• Bachelor/Honors
• Higher Secondary

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pottery, Livestock, E-commerce, Agro based Startup

• 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales,

• Must be proficient in communication skills and sales techniques,

• Ability to work on computer and smartphone.

JOB LOCATION: Mirpur 10, Dhaka, Bangladesh

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing product and service information to the Customer,

• Solved and took necessary action on the customer complaints,

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets,

• Maintain all databases and reports,

• Any other activities as required by the department.
