∎ Age 26 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All activities related to production line operation (Dal Vaja & Other products).
∎ Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, process monitoring etc.
∎ Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
∎ To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e GMP, GHP, IOS 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal ect.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Monitor production schedules to achieve daily production target to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures.
∎ Monitor production equipment and process, identifying and resolving any problems.
∎ RM & PM Requisition submits to the concerned department.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and reports.
∎ Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Quality Control, Store and maintenance.
∎ Ensure Finished Goods transfer from production floor to store.
