Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a responsible person, align with annual budget development to optimize direct procurement costs and enhance customer service.
∎ Ensure accuracy of purchase invoices, coordinate timely shipment with suppliers, and expedite shipping document processing to facilitate prompt payment and prevent fraud.
∎ Facilitate timely LC opening, maintain communication with commercial and finance teams, manage alternative supplier options to mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with necessary certificates and documentation.
∎ Implement strategic and tactical decisions for sourcing direct materials related to spend category and ensure integration with the business vision and strategy.
∎ Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain, and continuously work on it.
∎ Budget, forecast, and align business needs with control of operating expenses Identify cost reduction opportunities within the departments reporting to the business line and appropriate manpower utilization measures.
∎ Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time shipment and timely delivery of goods according to agreed-upon lead times to guarantee the availability of materials.
∎ Ensure on time shipping documents are collected and sent to commercial team to ensure on-time processing of invoices and facilitate prompt payment to suppliers.
∎ Coordinate and maintain communication with commercial & finance teams for timely LC opening and timely update line manager.
∎ Manage and suggest alternative supplier options to mitigate risks associated with quality issues, delivery delays, and price fluctuations.
∎ Ensure supplier TDS/MSDS, COA, Food grade, ISO certificate and Halal certificates are collected and documented within time to avoid risks associated with non-compliance, regulatory issues, and reputational damage.
∎ Ensure on time entry of all purchase record in ERP Software accurately.
∎ Ensure delivery of the daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by Management to demonstrate accountability.
