∎ BSc/MSc in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food and Beverage, Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire, Train and evaluate the workforce for a project.
∎ Monitor the process of production confirming that it stays on schedule and within budget.
∎ Identify problems and improve process.
∎ Check all the raw materials testing are doing properly in laboratory and collect actual test report from the laboratory and ensure the mixing department for use of the raw materials in production.
∎ Check all the mixing procedures maintaining properly by operator.
∎ Ensure the proper recycling of usable wastage and decrease wastage of biscuit.
∎ Ensure the manpower distribution in mixing and forming section, if any shortage found then arrange manpower in house source.
∎ Have to monitor the packing section to reduce the foil & Biscuits wastage.
∎ Monitor the Operators and Helpers responsibility properly.
∎ Have to ensure Software posting of the entire raw materials daily basis finished goods posting in software.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Biscuit & Beverage Company.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must.
∎ Should be strong and self-motivated.
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently
