∎ M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Biscuit, Chips, cookies, Cup Cake, Food and Beverage, Milk and Milk based processed food production, Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming Raw & Packing materials, production process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and product improvement.
∎ Analyze product quality data to identify and quality data and identify trends, potential issues and areas for improvements.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and customers to develop and implement quality programs and processes.
∎ Need to handle the quality management system.
∎ Maintain Rough & Fair Records of All Analyses.
∎ Floor hygienic maintenance to production floor.
∎ Maintaining Good Laboratory Practices. (GLP)
∎ Shelf life Samples Analysis as per the Guidelines.
∎ Records & Reports submission on daily basis to the reporting authority.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The potential candidate should have knowledge on HACCP, BRI, BSTI, HALAL, 5S and 6? (Six Sigma), personal hygiene, OPRPs & CCPs, etc.
∎ Candidates must have experience in Food & Beverage company.
∎ The candidate must be target-oriented and meet the requirement to ensure the prescribed Quality of products.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
