Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Technology Or Merchandising, Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Textile Technology Or Merchandising.
∎ B.Sc. in textile from BUTEX / Honors in BIFT / IE from AUST or SUST preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technically sound on fabric qualities , consumptions & costingof both woven & knit .
∎ Responsible for the activities from product development , sampling , costing & negotiations with customer .
∎ Handle buyers independently with a responsibility & accountability for conversion of developments to orders .
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed to timeline as per customers need.
∎ Responsible for the activities related to the design, prototype development, material selection, supplier coordination, and final validation testing to ensure delivery of high-quality products and processes that meet the required specifications.
∎ Makes certain all design control procedures and company procedures are followed during product development.
∎ Sets performance expectations with the team and ensures that these expectations are clearly communicated and understood.
∎ Ensures the team possesses the appropriate mix and level of skills required to develop and deliver high quality products in a dynamic growth environment.
∎ Works collaboratively with cross- functional groups to help streamline the product development process.
∎ Prepares product development schedules and ensures that realistic performance standards are realistically set and attained.
∎ Understands customer needs and along with senior management expectations, helps define short- and long- term product development strategy.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House, Garments.
∎ USA based Customer experience will be preferable.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Should be a long-term planer.
