Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support bulk production through the effective management of bulk recipes and processes (i.e. color matching, sample preparation by Ahiba and Simplex operations)
∎ To monitor performance against KPIs (FTR,CQ and lead-time) and implement actions leading to performance improvement
∎ To ensure perform their tasks in accordance with all relevant SOPs and safety requirements.
∎ Develop bulk recipe where there is no previous bulk recipe exists.
∎ Monitor, analyse and report on lab to bulk reproducibility and work with bulk Dyehouse and lab team to ensure that the highest levels of lab to bulk reproducibility are maintained.
∎ Ensure to take part in online WFT process to verify the recipe issue.
∎ Continually promote the principles of 5S housekeeping.
