Responsibilities & Context:
Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on factory capacity and delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers to plan and ensure timely delivery of fabric, yarn, and other materials.
Track actual production against the plan on an hourly or daily basis, identify any deviations, and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
Attend daily production meetings to discuss plan changes and work with teams in cutting, sewing and finishing.
Monitor and work to achieve key performance indicators such as Order-to-Delivery (OTD) targets and sales targets.
Provide inspection schedules and work with teams to ensure production quality and efficiency.
