Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knit Garment Product Manufacturing Process study
∎ Analyse Sewing Line Layout and Calculate SMV, CM
∎ Prepare Weekly, Monthly Effective Production Planning by coordinating with Merchandising and other departments and Follow up
∎ Report to Top Management regarding Production Planning
∎ Follow Up Supply Chain/Material input into the sewing lines
∎ Able to find out bottlenecks in Sewing line and Plan Solution
∎ Prepare Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Process Planning
∎ Follow up TNA, Order Status Follow up
∎ Evaluating Sewing Line Efficiency
∎ Able to prepare budget for sewing lines
∎ Reduce Wastage in sewing lines
∎ We are looking for candidate who has expertise on below
∎ Knit Garment Product Manufacturing Process study
