Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible to make the required pattern with below guidance
∎ a. Sketch
∎ b. Spec
∎ c. Fabric Details / BOM
∎ d. Original Sample / Block patterns
∎ 2. Provide the required sample pattern as per the TNA.
∎ 3. Pattern need to be amend as per the buyer comments or any sewing related feedback and all the records are need to maintain properly
∎ 4. Costing / Consumption related Patterns need to make & handover to CAD section timely
∎ 5. In the Pattern Working Software, need to be maintain patterns history separately (first to last pattern) properly
∎ 6. Corresponding with sample room technicians whether they found any difficulties to achieve the measurement using provided pattern
∎ 7. Communicate with production/technical concern about pattern related issue
∎ 8. Before release bulk marker make full set pattern with sample room head, Qa head & technical head's signature then deliver to production team
∎ 9. Seat with sample room in charge & finalize new styling's sketch, according to sketch make those pattern & handover to sample room
∎ 10. Make style file before making first sample & ensure all necessary document is available inside of file
∎ 11. Prepare style file for production & ensure all necessary document is available inside of file
∎ 12. Ensure that the pattern team is providing necessary prompt support to the sample/cutting/production/merchandising department for any kind of pattern related issue
∎ 13. Attend with superior to make alternative technical proposals whenever once we can't follow there sketch/measurement
∎ 14. Responsible to perform administrative functions such as
∎ a. Monitor attendance, punctuality of the subordinate
∎ b. Maintain required discipline and company culture within the Dept.
∎ 15. Ensure that the subordinate
∎ a. Strictly adhere to all Environment, Safety & Health regulations
∎ b. Adhere to customer compliance
∎ c. Practice 5S
∎ 16. Ensure that all subordinates are competent to handle the areas they are responsible & work with the HR to fill any gaps observed and
∎ Work with HR for the development of any potential personnel to ensure that they have career path within BPFL
∎ 17. Ensure that all subordinate executives are aware of their key responsibilities & performance requirements and conduct their midyear & annual appraisals on time
∎ 18. Perform additional duties as and when requested by management
