Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make layout paper for new feed styles according to OB sheet (If style is repeat then also need to update previous layout paper) & checked by seniors
∎ Perform capacity and production study for running styles to meet grid capacity and also for increasing weekly forecast target from running week
∎ Make weekly forecast target sheet based on plan grid (style criticality also need to think), running capacity & production study record, running rating, possibility of day to day increasing capacity
∎ Track sewing lost time and update it at off standard database
∎ Perform operation wise skill analysis as approved procedure (see the quality manual), monitoring skill development training
∎ Monitoring pre-setting as per visualize pre-setting plan
∎ Make QCO sheet based on layout paper and approved QCO matrix, allocate operator name at QCO sheet, collect QCO data and make QCO graph
∎ Engineered work place at the feeding time so that easy to reach plan grid capacity
∎ Participate at morning meeting and check last day forecast and achievement, todays bottlenecks, production plans
∎ Monitor hourly production, if found deviation then take action with production executives for resolving this, collect and entry off standard against deviation
∎ Ensure that responsible sewing line has the required skills levels any given time through:
∎ A. Maintaining the skills updated matrix as department approved time interval
∎ Take skill test of newly coming operators and also take skill test for yearly operators appraisal
∎ Give input at monthly machine requirement sheet and monthly manpower requirement sheet based on monthly production plan
∎ Standardize operation, follow the procedure of method study (see the quality manual)
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery)
∎ • Knowledge of lingerie production process.
