Responsibilities & Context:
The Executive of Order is responsible to order goods and delivery of that goods within the time period of workorder/ contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES:
- Contact supplier/maker for price offer by aligning specification and other technical issues against specific PRF·
- Negotiate price & other terms/conditions with supplier·
- Prepare PO & collect order confirmation·
- Collect invoice and make sure payment is done within the valid time period·
- Select Freight Forwarder (FF) to collect goods from Supplier’s warehouse·
- Prepare shipping Mark & Instruction·
- Update and maintain commercial activity report·
- Upload all the relevant document to SharePoint·
- Prepare PI for submit to clients for open LC.
