Job Context:
Evince Group one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for Executive- MIS for our factory located at Gazipur. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
1. Preparing Configuration ERP Blueprint according to the approved process flow
2. Preparing Customization of ERP according to the business & configure the software as per business requirement
3. To Ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
4. Candidate must have knowledge about ERP software implementation at all levels.
5. Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions
6. Good Knowledge of ERP roles and responsibilities including leading team meetings and assigning action items to team members
7. Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
8. Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation
9. Following up with technical workers who operate and run the ERP programs.
10. Answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.
11. Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
12. Analyze data processing modules and identify areas for enhancements and improvements.
13. Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
14. Capable of solving any type of troubleshooting issues who use the ERP systems
15. Ensure proper input process into the ERP system
16. Company Server operation, maintenance, and security in all respects.
Educational Requirements:
· Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
02-05 years practical work experience
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logic ERP software
Garments/ Textile industries
Additional Requirements:
Age minimum: 25 to 32
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
Sound knowledge about Sewing/Finishing/Packaging
