Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is an exciting new opportunity that has arisen in our 100% export oriented company. Faiyaz group is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing group with a list of 4 individual companies under its leadership. This opportunity is situated in one of our biggest unit namely Apparels Village Limited located in 37, Khagan, Birulia, Savar, Dhaka. The incumbent will be expected to perform the following activities:
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. for processing order efficiently.
∎ Assist to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Woven Merchandising.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
∎ Must be self driven, creative and able to grasp and implement assignments quickly.
∎ Must be conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel and outlook), Internet and E-mail correspondence.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory
Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
