Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily salon operations
Schedule appointments and manage staff shifts
Ensure top-quality customer service
Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally

Manage inventory and place orders for salon supplies
Assist in marketing and promotional activities
Hire, train, and evaluate salon staff performance
Well spoken in both English and Bangla
