• Supervise and manage daily salon operations
• Schedule appointments and manage staff shifts
• Ensure top-quality customer service
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory and place orders for salon supplies
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities
• Hire, train, and evaluate salon staff performance
•Well spoken in both English and Bangla
