Responsibilities & Context:
Handle local procurement of materials, services, and spare parts for group concerns.
Prepare purchase requisitions, comparative statements, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
Ensure accurate software/ERP posting of purchase transactions and related documentation.
Follow up on delivery schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and support logistics arrangements.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all procurement-related activities.
Coordinate with accounts, stores, and user departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Support vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and compliance with company procurement policies.
