Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Executive Liaison Officer will act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director — ensuring seamless executive operations, structured planning, confidential coordination, and proactive decision support across our entire manufacturing ecosystem.

 

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the MD’s strategic communication & coordination partner

• Manage confidential documents, stakeholder relations & decision follow-up

• Organize high-priority meetings, travel & executive schedules

• Collaborate with senior management to follow up on key decisions & priorities

• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations if needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.

• Build strong networks with external stakeholders including buyers, officials & industry bodies.

 

🎓 Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, English, or relevant field

•Around 4 years of experience in Corporate Affairs roles (large group/RMG preferred)

• Impeccable communication in English & Bangla

• Highly disciplined, proactive personality, trustworthy, ethical & discreet with information

• Smart, well-presented personality with strong negotiation and coordination skills

• Tech-savvy: MS Office, digital collaboration tools, calendar maintaining & report writing expertise

• Ability to work under pressure with agility and strong decision follow-up capability
