• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• 5 to 7 years

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in transport or management (experience in RMG or manufacturing sector preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with vehicle tracking/reporting tools preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all types of company vehicles — cars, cargo vans, and trucks.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport operations for goods delivery and employee movement.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of vehicles based on operational needs.
• Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents (registration, tax, fitness, insurance, route permit, etc.).
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and cleanliness of all vehicles.
• Supervise drivers and helpers — prepare duty rosters, monitor discipline, and evaluate performance.
• Track fuel consumption and minimize operational costs through efficient control and reporting.
• Manage logistics support for factory supply, inter-factory movement, and external transport coordination.
• Handle transport-related emergencies and ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Coordinate with departments for daily transport requirements.
