Responsibilities & Context:
Actively promote and sell our portfolio of cutting-edge diagnostic instruments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients (doctors, lab technicians, hospital administrators).
Proactively identify and explore new market opportunities and potential client locations for machine placement.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.Ensure timely collection of due payments from clients.
Perform professional installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration into client facilities.
Execute precise calibration of instruments to guarantee accurate and reliable results, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Provide comprehensive application training and operational guidance to doctors and laboratory staff on the functionality and optimal use of all installed equipment.
Perform minor error debugging and first-line troubleshooting to quickly resolve common operational issues. This includes addressing problems like technical/procedural errors, degradation of test components/reagents, presence of interfering substances in samples, sample storage issues, and proper handling of consumables.
Document all service activities, maintenance records, and client interactions meticulously.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales calls, service visits, installations, and client interactions within the designated mobile software.
